Mark Bonas - Vice President

	Mark J. Bonas is a Vice President specializing in the sale of multi-family housing properties with CB Richard Ellis since 1985. Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Mr. Bonas spent 2 years in the mortgage banking industry specializing in the financing of single family and multi-family (1-4 unit) properties. Early in his career, Mr. Bonas was one of the first brokers in the area to specialize in “real estate owned” (REO) properties. Among the many disposition assignments for local banks and savings and loans, Mr. Bonas was the exclusive agent responsible for the marketing and successful closing of nine major apartment complexes, totaling over 1,000 units, for the FSLIC, FDIC and FADA.
